A collection of projects we've poured our hearts into over the years. Each one tells a different story, but they all share our commitment to creating spaces that actually work for the people using them.

This 12-story mixed-use building honestly challenged everything we thought we knew about waterfront construction. The client wanted something that'd become a landmark without screaming for attention - kinda contradictory, right?
We went with a facade that responds to the sun's movement throughout the day, using automated louvers that aren't just for show. They actually cut cooling costs by about 30%, which the building manager won't stop talking about.
Rosedale, Toronto
Our clients had this property backing onto a ravine for years but never found the right way to build on it. Previous architects kept proposing these fortress-like structures that'd basically turn their back on nature.
We flipped the script entirely - made the ravine the star of the show. Full-height glazing on the north side (which everyone said was crazy), cantilevered decks that feel like they're floating in the treetops, and materials that'll age gracefully rather than fight against the elements.
Turned a 1920s warehouse into boutique offices without losing its soul. The brick stayed, the character stayed, but we added all the modern stuff people actually need to work.
30,000 sq ft of retail space that doesn't feel like every other shopping center. Natural light was the big challenge here, and we solved it with some creative skylights.
16 units designed around shared spaces and community living. This one taught us a lot about what people actually want vs. what they think they want.
Mississauga, ON
Healthcare spaces are tricky - they need to be efficient as hell but also not feel like you're entering a sterile box. The doctors who approached us were tired of working in environments that stressed everyone out.
We brought in tons of natural materials, created sight lines to outdoor green spaces from basically every room, and designed the patient flow so people aren't constantly getting lost. Small things, but they add up.
Adaptive reuse project that transformed an old printing factory into flexible studio spaces for artists and designers. Kept the industrial bones, added modern comfort.
Six narrow-lot townhouses that prove you don't need huge square footage to live well. Smart storage and multi-purpose spaces were key.
Oakville, ON
Public buildings need to welcome everyone, which sounds obvious but is actually really hard to pull off. The old library was dark, confusing, and honestly pretty intimidating if you weren't already a regular.
We opened everything up - literally removed walls where we could, brought in natural light from every angle, and created different zones that don't require signage to understand. Kids naturally gravitate to their area, teens have their spot, and there's quiet zones for people who just wanna read in peace.
Complete interior overhaul that balanced luxury with livability.
Mixed-use development strategy for waterfront revitalization.
Heritage space conversion into a 120-seat dining venue.
Off-grid retreat designed to minimize environmental impact.
Every project starts with a conversation. Whether you've got detailed plans or just an idea you can't stop thinking about, we'd love to hear what you're working on.
